The astrologers say that, “It is a big energy day.” I am somewhat bemused by their prediction.
Big energy or “quickenings,” as I call them can cause problems in a conflicted world like ours. Since the day is only beginning however, only time will tell the tale of this quickening.
The sunrise while brilliant, is a multihued combination of pastel blue, pink, purple, orange and yellow. There is nothing here. It is Noman’s land to those without an artist’s keen eye. This place on the precipice of society is where I have chosen to weave the fabric of my isolated world. The prairie is at peace still taking refuge in its dormant winter slumber. Even the sun is not in a rush to move higher into the sky as it allows time to stand still content to linger over the sleeping prairie landscape. The air is as still as the sleeping land. The serenity here seems like a well earned trophy after the turmoil of recent world events. I like the sun, am loath to do anything except stand quietly and watch the horizon. Silence is a welcome reprieve. The world is quite deafening for me normally. One would think differently if they traversed the area where I live. They would think this prairie landscape a solemn mute area devoid of life rather than an area that is teaming with it. The beauty of this sunrise even has the birds hushed. We can all sense the ebbing power of the sun and the beginning of something new.
The world is synchronizing, I can feel the shift. Perhaps the majority of people have resigned themselves to change which they cannot control. I am imagining a slower paced world where the populous is able to take the time to appreciate life more – revel in this display of beauty as I do.
For such a high energy day, I am amused at the subtle peaceful manner in which it has arrived for me. I can feel the energy entering my body to power me up like a super-human generator. The birds and animals of this land are strangely subdued this morning. They like I, accept the upload of energy with quiet tranquility. I have learned from experience what happens when you do not allow quickening energy to flow gently into your being so I no longer battle with it.
Others will fight this uploading of energy or use it unwisely like I once did.
Those who fight quickening energy amid the populous may cause massive chaos like riots. They turn destructive when fueled with misunderstood energy. It seems like such a waste to use this powerful energy to cause violence instead of for healing. Warring among the people only keeps the egotistical power mongers in charge of their slave-like warriors longer.
Power mongers welcome chaotic distractions among the people. For while the media types play up mass violence or vigilant protests, they create propaganda for more control behind hidden doors or use the unseen time to their advantage in other ways. Distractions keep power mongers from being noticed while they break whatever rules they have evoked for their weary followers. The leaders can justify their actions. The rule is: Do what I say, not what I do. Those who follow obediently have an awareness of what repercussions would befall them if they were to follow the same mindset of the leaders or break the same laws. Quickening energy brings subdued anger to the forefront for even the meekest of followers. Quickenings bring energy to awaken the drowsy or distracted. And, quickenings bring enlightenment.
“Enlightenment is a destructive process. It has nothing to do with becoming better or being happier. Enlightenment is the crumbling away of untruth. It’s seeing through the façade of pretence. It’s the complete eradication of everything we imagined to be true.” (Adyashanti)
The unfolding of truth can cause rage when one awakens to the fact they have been manipulated because the soul cries. Such is the energy of this quickening.
However, the energy I feel this morning is not foreboding. It is quite peaceful. Sometimes there is a delayed reaction with shifts though – it could merely be the calm before the storm. For those of you who are awakening to enlightenment during this time phase, use the energy wisely. Let’s attempt to make this a peaceful transition.
The advice I would offer is to find away to use any rage or need for destruction you may feel to create something beautiful instead of using it for violence.
Set your inner artist free.
If you feel the need to destroy something, find something of your own that is no longer useful this will be the medium you use to create your art. Tear it to shreds, rip it apart or stomp it to pieces. Be careful not to expend all of your energy. Now take that dissected item and weave, glue, weld, hammer or stitch it back together to create something new out of something old.
Make music; I play one tune on my guitar that is now dubbed the angry song. Sing, dance or exercise, all of these mediums are forms of art and are extremely gratifying.
A piece of angry art can be as simple a scribble on paper then colored – this is abstract art and it’s beautiful; or you can simply take your pen and paper and let the words flow out of you there are so many different forms of art. Set your own inner artist free become a creator rather than a destroyer.
Remember to share what you have created with others, the world needs more art.
